Best Place To Skip Trace???

I'm trying to find the contact information for about 20 unoccupied homes in Houston, Tx.  The county appraisers site lists owner names and addresses, but the addresses are the unoccupied homes.  Can anyone offer suggestions on the best way to find contact information for a small group of properties?  Thanks!
