Aquarium addendum to Rental agreement
My tenant wants to have a fish tank ( 5 gallons ) and my standard rental agreement doesn't permit it so I will need to include an aquarium addendum. If you happen to have an Addendum to the Rental Agreement allowing the tenant to keep an aquarium/ fish tank could you please share it? I would greatly appreciate the help, as I am unable to find one specifically for an aquarium.
