Insurance Agent Needed

I'm looking for an investor-friendly insurance agent for my two rental properties. I wouldn't mind using American Modern again, or even something more affordable if the coverage makes sense. My main priority is finding an agent who is responsive, answers emails, and is easy to work with when I need help.

Does anyone have an agent or company they would recommend? I'd appreciate any referrals or personal experiences. Thanks!
