First Responder Real Estate Group

Hello! My name is Christian and I am a newer RE investor and recent licensed RE agent. I was thinking about creating a Facebook or LinkedIn RE group for current/former first responders. I currently work full time as a firefighter/paramedic and feel very passionate about sharing my interest in RE and how it can provide additional avenue for wealth, especially for my fellow first responders who are seeing weakening pension plans.

I wanted to gather questions, comments, and ideas here on BP before I proceed. What type of group should I aim for? How can I find first responders around the country to attract them to the group? What are your thoughts on a first responder/realtor referral group? Should I niche down or keep it broad? What info would be most beneficial? Best ways to translate this to expanding my network?

Again, any thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.
