Katy (Houston) Investor for Networking
New investor here in the Houston area, Katy specifically, looking for others like myself to so that maybe we can help each other get the ball rolling and/or propel our existing business forward to another level. I have one single-family in the Copperfield area that I purchased last year and had it leased out in about 3 weeks and it is a good performer so far (roughly 9% Cash-on-Cash return including reserve for maintenance/CAPEX and vacancy). I am eager to get my next deal sooner rather than later and know that having a strong network can be key.
I'm not necessarily looking for a partner (though that idea wouldn't be out of the question) but really just looking for someone who may be in a somewhat similar situation and looking for like-minded folks in the area.
