Is it possible to find a DSCR interest only loan at 80% ltv for a cash out refinance? I am on Ohio and just wrapped up a duplex that is free and clear. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Typically it's 75% LTV cash out max for DSCR. I'd also like to find 80% LTV cash out refi DSCR options for my borrowers, haha. Following the thread as well - great question.
