Has anyone used them and are they legit.I spoke with them they offered 100% financing if you pay them 3900.00 first to become part of there group with no guarantee that you will be funded

I'd advise to avoid!
They advertise as Lender but are selling another mentor program/software package (which seems to be Prop Stream with their branding on top). Their rates are extremely high for new investors compared to other hard money lenders, and they include a lot of junk fees.
