SFR DSCR terms?

Anyone have recent experience with terms for SFR DSCR loans? Any differences besides rate for non-recourse vs recourse?

Definitely would need more information to talk about terms, the best I can say is between 7%-10%. We do not offer non-recourse products, so the difference would come down to LTV, FICO, Loan Amount, property type, DSCR, experience, prepayment penalty... I could go on.
