My company (Altrusion.com) is buying manufacturing companies and leasing manufacturing space. The companies we're acquiring have products in fusion energy, fission energy, aerospace, medical, etc. We're looking for $3-$5M in the near term for an acquisition and willing to give the following terms: 12% interest, 15 year am, and 3 year balloon. Terms negotiable. We also have multiple real estate deals requiring funding from $6M-$20M. Locations throughout the US. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks.
