Refinancing as POA
Scenario: has a property worth @ 1M. Existing mortgage is @ 125k. POA for estate. Has all powers necessary to complete transaction for father. Would like to pull 150k. Willing to pay off existing and new loan for decent terms. Pay a little more for easy transaction. Willing to put up truck, 5th wheel value, combined value around 100-110k and lien house for quick no hassle closing. Any ideas are welcome.
