Looking for Portfolio Lender – Investment Property Loan Using Primary Residence
I’m a buy-and-hold investor based in Pittsburgh (Mount Lebanon area) and I’m looking to connect with portfolio lenders or commercial loan officers who structure investment property loans using primary residence equity as additional collateral.
What I’m looking for:
- Purchase of a single-family investment property
- Price range: ~$250k (+ light renovation)
- Structure where primary residence equity is used as a credit enhancement
- Ideally interest-only or flexible terms in the early years
- Portfolio / balance-sheet loan (not agency/Fannie/Freddie)
