Construction Financing in Fennville, MI 49408

Hi,

I am looking for a construction loan for a property I am building in Fennville, MI (49408). Technically it is considered a Rural area and so I've been having difficulties finding a lender. If you know any brokers / lenders who work with projects in rural areas, please connect me with them.
