@Charlie Gruber I haven't found a book specifically on the topic, but rather pieces of different educational courses I've taken over the years. Lending is much like management when discussing RE education, many people touch on it, few focus on it. 

I lend though, and I'd be happy to speak with you. PM me and I'd be happy to share some knowledge with you.
