Loan servicing platforms

Hello, I am buying a property using seller financing. We both agree that we would like to use an electronic platform to help service the loan. Does anyone have any experience with certain platforms ?

I would like to have the following features:

-Automatic payment withdraw

-Reporting to the credit bureaus

-ability to receive a receipt after the payment is posted

-reporting for tax purposes
