      Hello everyone.

So, I don't post often, but I got a question I'm hoping someone can help with.

Let me start by saying that despite all the uncertainty (economic in general and real estate in particular) I still strongly believe in real estate and am buying as much as I can. Now, that leads to the logical running low on money for down-payments and rehabs.

And here's my question. Has anyone used the company Homellc or similar? I've been considering it for a few years now, but have some concerns and can't seem to do a satisfactory research. I'm wandering what your experience was and is there someone fine print I should be aware about?

   Thanks in advance
