Creative financing on commercial loans
There’s a five unit for sale that can be converted back into an eight unit. It’s listed at what seems to be a very fair price of 250k but it will need a lot of work to get it back up and running. I simply don’t have the money to cover a down payment and rehab. What are some other options I have to make this deal work and add to my portfolio? (I have other properties but not much equity to pull)
