Refinancing Several Properties Owned by LLC

I apologize that this topic has appeared several times but I am wondering if anything has changed in the last 3 years/ anyone has new advice from their experience, etc. I am looking to refinance SFR's owned by my LLC. Both my partner and I are fine being personal guarantors on the loan. I would prefer not to have to deed to individuals and back into company name to refinance these properties. I would be interested in blanket portfolio loan as well. All properties have recently been rented out. Do you have any lender referrals or advice on how to accomplish this?
