Hi BP Community,

Lender Needed- Ohio Properties

I apologize that this topic has appeared several times but I am wondering if anything has changed in the last 3 years/ anyone has new advice from their experience, etc. I am looking to refinance SFR's owned by my LLC. Both my partner and I are fine being personal guarantors on the loan. I would prefer not to have to deed to individuals and back into company name to refinance these properties. I would be interested in blanket portfolio loan as well. All properties have recently been rented out. Do you have any lender referrals or advice on how to accomplish this? Thanks for taking the time to read this & help a gal out!
