Hi all,

I’m looking for recommendations for a CPA or EA who is experienced with depreciation and correcting prior-year tax issues.

If you’ve worked with someone you trust, I’d really appreciate any referrals.

Thanks in advance!

What you can do is file a form 3115 to catch up the depreciation that should have been taken on the property. I'd look to extend your return and get it right this year.
