STR agent in Gulfport MS

Hey Craig. Just a huge shout out to Justin Allen who replied above this. I have not yet purchased an STR in that market only because I am watching the home values and have not found one that pencils out to my needs. I have spoken with Justin several times, texted back and forth, etc. and he is always so responsive and informative. He is currently sending me properties and providing great guidance in the in's and out's of the area. He has been super helpful. I can't wait to find the right property and do some business with him!

I was reading further procedures were haunted by the mayor recently but just wanted to get the 411 for Gulfport/Biloxi!

I just opened an STR in Ocean Springs in September. I read up on the regulations and it's not a huge obstacle EXCEPT for the fact that there aren't any permits when you factor in the ones issued and the ones in process. Knowing and living in the area I knew that there is a large patch of Ocean Springs just outside of the city limits that is not subject to those regulations. That's where I bought and setup my STR and so far have been successful despite opening in slow season. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Pat is correct... Gulfport is wide open. Biloxi has issues since there are tougher restrictions than Ocean Springs due the most casinos located in Biloxi. Shoot me a text to setup a Zoom call to discuss further. 228-697-4636. Talk soon, bud!
