Just sold my first property now i have $800k in My account i use my own cash first deal but it was stressful what should i do next to stay in real estate what should be my next move? What the real right way to do it?

Hi @Teef Glizzy, I completely agree with Jamel. You should consider a SFR or a MFR like a duplex or quad, focusing on short-term or mid-term rentals to ensure cash flow in the first year. To avoid using all your cash this time, leveraging financing options would be the way to go this time around.
