Posted

Hello,

I am starting fix and flip, and looking for and experienced partner for guidance and monetary contribution. I have a background and architectural engineering.

Your background in architecture and engineering is definitely a special skill set that can help, but why would someone be a money partner with you right now? What's in it for them? What ar you willing to pay for their guidance and money? It's not a great deal for someone to hop into that without a lot more information.

Your best bet would be to try to invest your skills into someone else's fix and flip to start or as a small money partner on theirs so you can learn and add value.

I understand what you are saying, Investing my skills It is exactly What I'm looking to do, and why I'm looking for someone to do it. His, my, Whatever percent of the deal we have, it is ours. And I'm not trying to be greedy about it. I say partner because I already have a good deal on hand.

Thank you for your advice
