Good morning All
I’m a new investor Connecticut area. I’m looking at the New Haven market and Waterbury market I would like to have a conversation with a few contractors
I also would like to know what is the average price per square foot in these areas when it comes to renovation just general number not looking for precise numbers I understand there’s a lot that goes into being more precise like knowing the scope of work
