Looking for a legit "Skip Trace" service.
I have been in real estate since 1999. I am reaching out for help from you who are familiar with the skip trace process to locate someone. This is very important to me that one of you, professionals in the field, guide me in the correct direction. I don't want to waste time with companies that do not provide information. I want to use this service to locate owners of distressed properties and tenants who move out in the middle of the night and destroy properties. I am sure you guys understand this issue.
