Wholesale Joint Venture
Hey I am a new member to bigger pockets a guy I met in the Sauna at the gym told me about this website for beginners trying to build a portfolio in real estate, I am a new wholesaler I have been researching for the last 6 months and I'm pretty well educated on wholesale real estate been working hard for the last 3-4 months with on market and some off market as well to get my first deal closed still no luck yet.
