I'm currently employed at a rehabilitation research and design firm that specializes in assistive and adaptive technology near Carson City, NV. That's fancy LinkedIn bio-speak that means...I do a bunch of stuff that helps people with varying levels of physical ability. I'm also a professional musician and freelance video editor. I've been casually learning about real estate and investing for the past several years. I made the jump into stocks some years ago (how about these tariffs? Buy the dip, eh?), but haven't gotten involved in a real estate deal yet. I would love to change that in the near future for the benefit of my family. You know, financial independence, generational wealth, and all that good stuff that nobody bothered to tell me about when I was young...
If anyone needs some video editing done, I'm more than willing to trade for advice/mentorship. If you're creating any kind of YouTube content or short form social media content, I would love to help with that. Doesn't have to be real estate related.
