Seeking contractor for 4 plex in STL

I am seeking a roofer and general contractor for a 4 plex in the city of St Louis, MO. I need to roofer to do a general inspection and identify any work that may need to be done, if any. And the general contractor to perform a walk through of the spaces and provide quotes for work that needs to be done.
