I’m currently building a home in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and I'm looking for a proactive and results-driven property manager to handle the day-to-day operations.  Like @Andrew Steffens said, look for STR groups focused on DR. In Colorado, there are several Facebook groups for Colorado Airbnb hosts and some more local groups to Denver and smaller markets.

But I also know that in, for instance, Puerto Vallarta Mexico where we have a property, so much of that stuff is word-of-mouth. Maybe reach out to other hosts on Airbnb (though the platform will likely flag those messages as inappropriate) to see if they'll share their management.
