Looking for a Broker - Central Texas

Sean Alderman
Posted

I just completed all my licensing requirements, and I'm looking for a broker in Central Texas that is willing to hold my license.

I only plan on part time work, so I'm looking for a broker that is okay with that. I work a regular 9-5 job during the week.

I mainly got my license for personal use (investment properties), and maybe 2-4 other sales per year, I make a lot of contacts with people getting ready to sell through my regular job.

I already own 2 STRs, and I'm looking on adding 1 per year over the next few years hopefully.

Any recommendations or advise would be greatly appreciated!
