Looking for a mentor

Hi Everyone!

Little background, my family got into real estate about six years ago- we purchased a duplex in Silver Lake, followed by a Triplex in the Beachwood Canyon area. We ended up demolishing the triplex and rebuilding a luxury six-unit in its place, and made a boatload of mistakes along the way.  I'm looking for a real estate mentor who can teach me proper systems and analysis, or anyone who can meet for coffee and offer some advice—looking to continue my real estate journey with a strategic approach rather than blind investing. Appreciate any help!
