The main return is a clean single 1065 with 225 rentals (TN/AR/MS/GA/AL) + owner personal returns (K-1s, investments). Converting from UltraTax/CCH. Prefer someone who has done 200+ unit portfolios before and can do them at scale. Seeking a flat fee target $8k or less. I have a custom built app that provides all income and expenses in a CSV format along with essential balance sheet items. New depreciable items kept separately in concise spreadsheet.
