Starting a Hard Money Brokerage

Hello BP community,

I run a white glove fix and flip service in Arizona where we handle acquisition, construction management, and disposition for our investor clients. As we continue to scale, we have learned that keeping more of the process in house creates a smoother experience for everyone involved.

We are now adding brokered hard money lending to better support our clients with fast and reliable financing. I am looking to connect with strong lending partners who:

• Offer competitive fix and flip and bridge products

• Work well with brokers

• Move quickly on approvals

• Understand Arizona markets, especially the Phoenix area

• Can support consistent deal volume
