Lender with SPCPs?

Hi! I recently had my LLC certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the Supplier Diversity Office. This is a MA-based LLC that I buy/hold RE in & borrow through. I'm looking for a lender who offers special purpose credit programs to SDO-certified entities.
