Seeking property manager
Hello I have a couple properties on the 1400 Block of Madison Ave 21217 that are rented room by room and we're seeking a property manager. We have good middle class tenants, 1 year minimum leases, and have been rented for many years. These properties are were fully renovated in 2010 and are well maintained. I used to live here. We're transitioning from in-house management to seeking to work with a company that can handle the management including keeping occupancy high. Thank you!
