Hi All,

Looking to invest in my first short-term rental, ideally it's something turnkey, but open to hearing about other opportunities as well. I'm based in the NY area, but not tied to this area in terms of investing. I know I haven't specified a location, but I'm in the beginning phases of identifying where I want to invest and have looked at Florida, Alabama, and South Carolina, but am not tied to those locations.
