Searching for Lender
Hello,
My name is Colby and i'm looking for my first house to buy here in Raleigh, NC. I am a senior at NCSU, but am pursuing a masters degree here. I have my RE license, but plan on doing no representation to save some money on the purchase. I am looking for awayone to help as I plan to buy my first home near NCSU and house hack. I already have 2 roommates who will live with me and know many more for the future. I am looking for different lender options as I do not have a full time job but have the proof of funds. I also have a family relative who will co-sign.
If anyone know someone that could help me with the lending situation that would be amazing. Also, if anyone has any suggestions or advice to give that'd also be very useful!!
