Form 3115 CPA recommendation

I have a Tahoe STR property purchased 2019, converted to full rental in 2023, zero depreciation ever taken, TurboTax return mostly complete for 2025, need Form 3115 to capture catch-up depreciation, want to coordinate with a CPA + cost seg firm. Anyone have any recommendations!?
