I am a licensed real estate broker based in Chicago and focus on sourcing off market and value add opportunities, including auction acquisitions and distressed properties. I operate in my own investment capacity.
As I continue to expand my deal flow, I am looking to connect with a small number of private lenders interested in funding opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis.
I handle sourcing, acquisition, and execution. Each opportunity is presented individually, and funding is only requested when a deal is secured and ready to move forward.
