Looking for turnkey portfolios

My name is Alan. I'm a real estate investor looking to buy in the Houston area. In search of turnkey portfolios (single family), max price 65-80k a door. Looking to close within 30 days or less.

Hi Alan, 

For single family homes it will be pretty hard to find portfolios at that price per door, even in the roughest area.  In my opinion you'll probably have to up that to be closer to 150k, especially if you're looking for turn key properties.
