RV Park Investing
My husband and I are actively looking to acquire our first RV park/mobile home park in Texas using creative finance strategies (owner finance, subto, seller carry, etc.).
— we’re looking for people who are actually still in the game and genuinely enjoy helping others learn the business.
We’ve been spending a ton of time underwriting deals, learning operations, studying markets near oil fields/workforce housing, and networking. We’re serious about taking action and building long-term relationships with the right people, and wanting to close on our first one this September 2026.
