SBA Lender Recommendations

I’m looking for a reputable SBA lender in the Bay Area who can help me get prequalified for a potential business acquisition.

I’m still in the early stages and evaluating opportunities, so I’m not looking to submit a full loan package tomorrow. I’m hoping to speak with someone who can help me understand what I could realistically qualify for, typical SBA 7(a) terms and current rate ranges, down payment expectations, how seller financing is viewed, what lenders want to see from me as a buyer, how much business financial history is needed, and any red flags I should be aware of before getting too far into a deal.

Ideally looking for someone who has experience with small business acquisitions, not just general commercial lending.

Any referrals or recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.
