Building a Buyers List
Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to wholesaling and currently focusing on off-market single family deals in the Cleveland area, mainly probate and pre-foreclosure.
Right now I’m trying to build a solid buyers list and connect with investors actively buying in Northeast Ohio. Would appreciate any advice on the best ways to network with serious cash buyers.
If you’re buying in Cleveland or nearby areas, feel free to reach out - would love to connect and learn more about what you’re looking for.

Mitch's point above is the one I'd act on first. A buyers list matters less than a steady flow of deals worth bringing to them.
For the sourcing side, since you're already targeting probate and pre-foreclosure, I built software that pulls exactly that kind of thing straight from Cuyahoga county records, tax delinquent, absentee owner, long vacancy, probate type flags, scored with the specific reason each one surfaced. It's free to try if you want another way to fill your own pipeline while you build the buyer relationships.
