Cole Dunn

I'm looking to shop around different lenders. Please drop any general advice about taking out hard money or recommendations for lenders. Thanks!

I think an underrated thing in Hard Money is to get a rep that is both responsive and understands your needs and deal because at the end of the day, a lot of lenders will have essentially the same rates and terms and programs so finding someone reliable you can work with and trust (not just on your current deal) is typically the best way to go
