Hi All,

Lets get a roll call going of all the wholesalers in the NJ area! I'm interested in fix & flip homes as well as buy and holds in Hamilton, Trenton & Union! The total purchase price has to be 80-70% potential appraised. I'd like to get a list of wholesalers in NJ, that I can reach out to.

If you have decent, rentable multi family home units in NJ, Pennsylvania and Jersey, please reach out as well. I have a couple of investors who are very interested in those properties.
