Wholesaling - What it is, is not, how to start, how to get paid.

Wholesaling is the term used by so many "Gurus" to describe the way to get started in real estate investing. Usually, the First Statement they make is that you can use wholesaling to start your real estate investing business with no money, no job, no credit and on top of that, you don't need any experience.

At the Knoxville Real Estate Investors Meeting - KnoxREIA.com - on Tuesday Nov 14, active investors will share why that First Statement is True, but not the Truth.

Networking - 5:30-6:30 PM - food provided

Market Update - 6:30-7:00

Main Topic : 7:00-8:30 "Wholesaling - What it is, is not, how to get started and how to get paid."

Holiday Inn - Cedar Bluff , 9134 Executive Park Drive, Knoxville, TN 37923

$20 for first meeting, free for Annual Members, $50 for everyone else.
