Hi There-

I am a new investor looking for an agent with experience in rental properties (SF and Duplex), who can assist or spot a great investment in the Houston TX area! Looking to buy and hold as rental cash-flow properties. Specifically in Magnolia, Conroe or Cypress area. I don't want someone who will just put me an their MLS email list and say "let me know if you want to see something."
