Looking for Private/Hard Money Lender
Hello BP Community,
Longtime lurker here and I am tired of
sitting on the sidelines, or working for someone else. I have 8 years
experience negotiating large Real Estate deals for a fortune 50 company,
experience running a mid-large Construction and A&E firm and am
ready to jump in feet first into Real Estate Investing. Buy and Holds,
BRRRR, and Flips.
I should have done this months ago, as I would like to develop a relationship with those I do business with; however, I have found a deal that I CANNOT pass on.
If you know of a hard money lender looking to work with new investors, can you please send them my way?
