Which Markets Might Take A Tumble?

With the inflation we’re seeing, what are your predictions on the RE market? Which markets do you think might take the biggest tumble? Smallest tumble? Do you think any market is safe from a market fall (not sure it’ll be a “crash”). When do you think it might happen?

Let’s discuss.

I don’t think it’s possible to have our current level of inflation and a market decline. Barring a complete economic failure in a specific town with one employer.

I also think the national flight from high tax states to low tax states will continue. But I also believe those fleeing haven’t learned their lesson and will simply “wreck” the places they flee to. (Change them from low tax/small government to high tax/big government.)

But then I also think everyone knows both these things. So what do I know. :-)
