Using Paynearme for rent

Since biggerpockets offered the discount on paynearme I jumped on it. I've been having issues signing up.

Has anyone done this as a landlord who is set up in their personal name. They keep asking about a business license, business documentation etc etc. None of that is required for a rental, so I don't know what I can provide them.

Anybody using this service outside of an LLC and in their personal name?

Shawn,

This is Kelvin with PayNearMe. We're sorry for the delay. To meet our regulatory obligations, we need to verify all of our merchants. It's much easier to do for businesses vs. individuals which is why we've been asking if there was business information we could use for verification. That being said, we are working with all individuals in the hopes of getting them live. You’re fully approved now and we're looking forward to helping you and your tenants more easily make payments.

If you have any further questions, we’re always available to help through the chat feature on our website as well as at [email protected].

Hope this clarifies things.

Kelvin
