Please help: BF/GF Breaking Up
Need help....Lease just turned into a month-to-month and my tenants who are Girlfriend/Boyfriend and both on the lease are breaking up and Girl wants to move out. To give myself less headache I agree to let them move out this coming Sunday 8/6 without 30-day notice and penalty if they both move all their stuff out and both give me their keys. There is a possibility boy may not show up on Sunday. I can't keep the girl from not moving out if boy does not show up and with his keys can I? If he doesnt show and cannot continuing paying the rest of the entire month, does this mean i would need to give him 3day notice to pay/quit and evict him?
