Remote Showings using electronic keylock
For those that do remote showings and provide a code to prospective tenant to access an electronic lock, what is your setup with a locking screen door? Do you install an additional electronic lock on the screen door so that there are two electronic locks, one on the screen door and the other on the entry door? Or do you leave screen door unlocked and just rely on the single electronic lock on the entry door?
